this is so cute because the audience is with castle getting all frustrated because they think they saw someone get murdered but beckett is all smug because she knows castle is falling for it and that he’s going to be so surprised and it’s just so cute that she would go through all this just to make his birthday special because he broke his leg.. gahh i can’t with these two.
I noticed that on rewatch! The first time, you’re watching Castle. But if you watch Kate, you can SEE her playing him.
Stana’s acting in that episode is so brilliant.
